Show me the money: The Tipline for 30 June 2021

While some lawmakers and aggrieved companies want the Federal Trade Commission's bureau of competition abolished, the agency’s staff appear to be among the most satisfied in the federal government. The Partnership for Public Service’s annual “best places to work” survey ranked the FTC’s competition arm third out of 411 agency subcomponents in the entire federal government. The Department of Justice’s antitrust division, meanwhile, ranked 400th. The two agencies’ scores were nearly identical in one category though: dissatisfaction with pay.
