A second opportunaty: The Tipline for 4 August 2021

The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has reeled back its vacation of three classes of canned tuna purchasers casting price-fixing allegations. A majority of the Ninth Circuit apparently smelled something fishy in the panel's April decision.
