Rule Garza Howley opened its doors on Pennsylvania Avenue today, billing itself as the “platinum standard” in antitrust advice. With two former heads of the Department of Justice’s antitrust division at the helm, the newly-minted competition boutique may be able to live up to that hype. Former Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison co-chair Charles “Rick” Rule has teamed up with former colleague Daniel Howley and the now-unretired Deborah Garza to tackle issues for clients searching for agency expertise and a response to “new antitrust”.
