Here’s Jonathan: The Tipline for 10 August 2021

The American Bar Association’s antitrust law section has elected Jonathan Gleklen as its new chair. The head of Arnold & Porter’s US antitrust practice will be responsible for heading up the section’s annual leadership summit, which begins today both in-person in San Diego and on the World Wide Web. Also in Tipline, the Department of Justice has had concerns that T-Mobile and Dish Network might not be living up to their settlement with the government.
