Apple accuses Epic of attempting to “change the narrative” of case before Ninth Circuit

Apple has complained to a federal appellate court that Epic Games and third parties – including the Department of Justice – are seeking to litigate another case on appeal than the one the company tried and lost last year over Apple’s app store restrictions.
