In a study published last month, Yale University professor Zack Cooper and his team of fellow economists concluded that paying more for healthcare services will likely produce better results only in unconcentrated markets. Cooper spoke to GCR USA about his findings and his recommendations to the Federal Trade Commission about antitrust enforcement in the healthcare sector.
