Phillips: US antitrust enforcement likely to be more vigorous ‘if power changes hands’
Federal Trade Commission member Noah Phillips has said he expects the US antitrust agencies to be more aggressive under the next administration, but he warned against using competition law to solve social problems such as income inequality.
