Reinvigorating antitrust enforcement has not been a stump speech staple for former vice president Joe Biden in the same way it was for some of his challengers for the Democratic nomination. That does not mean his campaign is not talking tough on the subject – you just need to look in different places, like a closed-to-press virtual fundraiser. A senior economic advisor to the Biden campaign told attendees during Tuesday evening’s event that the Democratic nominee is “deeply concerned” about the growing problem of monopoly power.
