Facebook is trying to eliminate not only the antitrust litigation it is up against, but the opposing counsel bringing those claims. On Wednesday, the social network petitioned to have Federal Trade Commission chair Lina Khan recused from the agency’s case against it and succeeded in having Keller Lenkner disqualified from litigating similar private allegations.
