FTC clears Stryker/Wright Medical as Chopra questions adequacy of compliance monitoring
The Federal Trade Commission has conditionally approved Stryker’s $4 billion purchase of medical device rival Wright Medical, with Commissioner Rohit Chopra urging the agency to adjust how it monitors companies’ compliance with ordered remedies.
