Imagine strapping in with a $15 ticket stub and a bag of over-salted popcorn only to watch Batman and the Joker ditch their final showdown in favour of a handshake agreement and attorney’s fees. The Supreme Court twice agreed to hear Archer and White Sales’s claims of an anticompetitive boycott between Henry Schein and rival dental suppliers but, after eight years of waiting with bated breath, the competition community is now stuck with a milquetoast settlement.
