The Department of Justice’s antitrust division has won its second criminal trial in as many months, with a jury finding former tuna executive Christopher Lischewski guilty of fixing prices of canned seafood after a four-week trial. Unlike in the last case – against ex-foreign exchange trader Akshay Aiyer, for rigging bids on certain currencies – agency lawyers can open up a can of the product in question to celebrate.
