Watching for Garland: The Tipline for 28 September 2018
We feel like the only journalists in Washington, DC, with an interest in the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit that has nothing to do with Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Instead, we expect to see Judges Merrick Garland, Ann Rogers and Gregory Katsas hearing oral arguments as plaintiffs challenge the denial of class certification in the Rail Freight Fuel Surcharge antitrust litigation.
