Two US soccer teams seek red card against FIFA

Two American minor league soccer teams have sued the Fédération Internationale de Football Association in the Court of Arbitration for Sport, accusing the organisation of violating Swiss competition law by failing to institute a promotion and relegation system for US soccer.
