Trump poised to choose Simons as FTC chair

President Donald Trump has chosen former US Federal Trade Commission official and Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison partner Joseph Simons as the head of the commission, bypassing current acting chairman Maureen Ohlhausen.
