Trump nominates FTC chair and commissioner

President Donald Trump yesterday nominated Joseph Simons to lead the Federal Trade Commission and tapped Rohit Chopra to serve as a Democratic commissioner; he also plans to nominate Noah Phillips as a Republican commissioner.
