Jefferson Health’s chief executive Stephen Klasko on Tuesday denounced the Federal Trade Commission’s “eagerness” to block his company’s acquisition of Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, arguing that the traditional definition of a hospital is “rapidly changing”.
