No matter how many times it tries, Google cannot seem to get rid of a coalition of states accusing it of monopolising several ad tech markets. In an order late Friday, a Texas federal judge denied a second bid to dismiss the case, finding that Google abused federal rules by arguing in separate motions that the states lacked both sovereign capacity and jurisdiction – instead of including all its arguments in one.
