Meta Platforms failed to get Federal Trade Commission chair Lina Khan recused from the agency’s monopolisation lawsuit. That has not stopped the technology company from also trying to push her out of the commission’s challenge to its acquisition of virtual reality startup Within Unlimited. Meta is arguing for a different outcome in this case based on the possibility that it may end up before the FTC’s internal tribunal.
