Senator Bernie Sanders is seen as having pushed the field of Democratic presidential hopefuls further to the ideological left on a range of policy issues, including healthcare and tax. Earlier this week, the senator demonstrated he would not allow competitors such as Senator Elizabeth Warren out-flank him to the left on the topic of antitrust reform. However, the antitrust experts we spoke with are sceptical of implementing the drastic proposals in Sanders’s new antitrust platform.
