The FTC past and present: The Tipline for 10 September 2018

We are kicking off a week that includes the first set of the highly anticipated hearings at the Federal Trade Commission with coverage – including reactions from the bar – of FTC commissioner Rohit Chopra’s provocative proposal for the agency to use its rulemaking authority to declare what constitutes unfair methods of competition.
