The early termination catches the worm: The Tipline for 16 March 2020
Birds are beginning to migrate back north following their winter vacations, free from travel restrictions imposed in the wake of COVID-19. But those birds will be disappointed once they discover the US federal antitrust agencies are not granting early terminations for a temporary period. As the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission move towards an e-filing system because of the global pandemic, lawyers will no longer be allowed to send in hard copies of their filings via mail or carrier pigeon.
