Major League Baseball’s spring training is officially underway. After apparently not receiving an invite this year, free-agent competition lawyers Brent Snyder and Ian Conner have opted to sign contracts with a pair of major league firms. Also in Tipline, acting assistant attorney general Richard Powers says that recent deferred prosecution agreements are not part of a trend, and antitrust is all the rage at CPAC 2021.
