With the signature of President Donald Trump, the federal government is back in business after a brief hiatus that started Friday night when the Senate Democrats blocked a spending bill. On Monday Senators overwhelmingly voted to reopen the government, while the House of Representatives passed a spending bill that will fund the government – at least temporarily.
