State official attacks conservative senators' licensing bill
The antitrust manager for Virginia's attorney general has criticised federal legislation sponsored by several Republicans that would grant state action immunity to regulatory boards only if they are actively supervised by specific means, saying states would be giving up their authority under federalism.
