Russell Wilson might not be welcome in Seattle, but Rahul Rao is. After forcing a trade to Denver, the former Seahawks quarterback was greeted to a chorus of boos yesterday evening as he made his return to the Emerald City during Monday Night Football. Meanwhile, the Federal Trade Commission has welcomed Rao with open arms. Previously the head of antitrust enforcement for the state of Washington, he joins the FTC as its newest deputy director in the Bureau of Competition.
