Simons and Delrahim contrast on FRAND

Federal Trade Commission chairman Joseph Simons has said antitrust law can be relevant to allegedly anticompetitive conduct by standard-essential patent owners – indicating some disagreement between himself and assistant attorney general Makan Delrahim on the issue.
