The Federal Trade Commission might be better known for pushing novel theories of harm, but day one of its bid to halt Microsoft/Activision Blizzard was full of firsts. After the FTC took home the title of first government agency to bring an Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch into a courtroom, Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley heard the one and only Minecraft tutorial in a merger trial.
