After the FTC took home the title of first government agency to bring an Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch into a courtroom, Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley heard the one and only Minecraft tutorial in a merger trial. The hearing also marks the first, and hopefully last, time a Microsoft executive has discussed “necromancy”. Also in Tipline, Republican lawmakers take aim at pharmacy benefit managers.
