Rule Garza and Gibson Dunn steer ExxonMobil/Pioneer

ExxonMobil has once again tapped Rick Rule and Deborah Garza to handle the antitrust aspects of a megamerger, this time its $59.5 billion swoop for fracking giant Pioneer Natural Resources.
