The online retailer might be able to guarantee two-day shipping for Prime customers, but it's considerably more time-consuming to craft a conduct case. The Wall Street Journal reports the FTC is likely to file its suit “later this month.” Amazon reportedly did not discuss remedies with commissioners when they met last month.
