Q&A with Nokia’s Eeva Hakoranta

Eeva Hakoranta was recently appointed vice president and general counsel of Nokia Technologies, the licensing business of Nokia. In an interview with Pallavi Guniganti, Hakoranta talked about the swinging pendulum of licensing law, the differences between civil law and common law systems, and the problem of conflicting national court judgments.
