A Q&A with DaVita’s trial team
Earlier this month, a federal jury in Colorado acquitted healthcare company DaVita and its former chief executive Kent Thiry of charges that they illegally conspired with rivals to not solicit certain employees. The leaders of DaVita’s trial team – Morgan Lewis & Bockius partners John Dodds and Clay Everett as well as Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr partner John Walsh – spoke to GCR USA about the matter and why the jury may have reached the verdict that resulted in the Department of Justice losing its first criminal no-poach case.
