Pharmas sued for alleged scheme to fix prices of antidepressant
A healthcare benefits fund based in New York filed a putative class action against several pharmaceutical companies on Friday for allegedly conspiring to raise the prices of generic amitriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant tablet.
