The T-Mobile/Sprint deal has hit yet another antitrust hurdle. More than a dozen US states are calling on a federal court to delay its review of a merger settlement the parties agreed with the US Department of Justice. The news comes a day after state attorney general Jim Hood from Mississippi – one of the 17 states that sued to block the tie-up – said he now backs the merger after the companies agreed to additional state-specific settlement terms.
