Parker Hannifin to divest Clarcor filtration business

Parker Hannifin will divest its Facet filtration business – which includes filtration products and technologies for aviation fuel – to settle a lawsuit brought by the Department of Justice challenging the industrial equipment manufacturer’s consummated $4.3 billion acquisition of rival Clarcor.
