Panera rival raises vertical worries

A fast-casual restaurant chain that competes with Panera Bread has expressed concerns to the Federal Trade Commission that Panera’s proposed acquisition by JAB Holding may cut off the competitor’s longstanding relationship with a JAB-owned supplier.
