Overtime is over: The Tipline for 12 February 2024

The State of Texas' claims that Google and Meta Platforms illegally agreed not to compete on digital advertising are so unfeasible that even converting to a new federal court could not take them to the end zone, the Alphabet subsidiary says. It argues that the Texas-led coalition of states should not have taken their “Jedi Blue” allegations under state law into overtime.
