Meanwhile, Amcor has agreed to sell multiple US plants to rival packaging company Tekni-Plex to address the Department of Justice’s antitrust concerns about the Amcor/Bemis merger; and the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has rejected monopsony claims presented by two cable installation companies against Comcast.
