For St Pete’s Sake: The Tipline for 5 December 2023
The Federal Trade Commission is requesting a penalty of up to $77.5 million against 7-Eleven for allegedly acquiring a rival Sunoco gas station in St Petersburg, Florida, without issuing the agency notice.
