Three golfers suspended by the PGA Tour for joining the rival LIV Golf circuit have lost their bid for reinstatement ahead of the tour’s playoffs later this week. Judge Beth Labson Freeman said she would not delve into the merits of golfers’ antitrust claims just yet, but found they had failed to allege they would suffer irreparable harm from their suspensions because they stand to make more money with LIV.
