Dynegy, Sinclair Oil, OneOK and other energy industry players battled in the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Thursday over how one release in an antitrust lawsuit involving the trading of natural gas futures affected summary judgment and class certification for other plaintiffs.
