Ninth Circuit panel sounds sympathetic and weary of Axon’s claims

A federal appellate court has said that Axon raised substantial issues in its constitutional challenge to the design and procedures of the Federal Trade Commission’s administrative court, but the court has indicated that those claims are limited by precedent.
