Ninth Circuit: natural gas settlement did not release all claims

Natural gas traders are not protected by a previous settlement from antitrust claims brought for their alleged manipulation of retail prices, a panel on the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has ruled, reversing a district court’s decision.
