Star Wars has seen its antitrust clout skyrocket in the past year. According to a group of states, Google and Facebook paid homage to the film franchise by naming an alleged market allocation agreement “Jedi Blue”. Meanwhile, the Department of Justice unsuccessfully tried to build on its no-poach claims against Lucasfilm and Pixar by criminally charging a healthcare company with entering into non-solicitation agreements with a rival.
