Makan Delrahim: the GCR exit interview

After more than three years at the helm of the Department of Justice’s antitrust division, assistant attorney general Makan Delrahim informed staff on 14 January that he would be resigning his post five days later. In a call with GCR USA, he looked back on the successes of his tenure and addressed some of the criticism directed at the Antitrust Division under his watch.
