A subsidiary of AT&T failed to tell customers that it planned on shutting down a network that would make their phones obsolete. The state of Maryland alleges this violated consumer protection law but AT&T said John Sherman and Henry Clayton made them do it. Also in Tipline, Jefferson Health returns to the antitrust dockets.
