Rumble, a fan favourite of right-wingers that have ditched YouTube, does not make any claims of censorship or conservative bias in its monopolisation lawsuit against Google. But the pro-Trump platform gets to open up discovery with respect to its allegations of illegal self-preferencing. Also in Tipline, the Department of Justice nabs an attorney with vast experience in trying hospital mergers and Meta Platforms must explain why it needs so long to produce documents to the Federal Trade Commission.
