The Federal Trade Commission announced yesterday afternoon that it had agreed with Danaher on divestitures that would resolve its concerns about the company’s purchase of GE’s biopharmaceuticals business, which GE said means the deal can close this month. Conditional approvals came in from the European Commission in December and China earlier in March.
