Kroger: consumers cannot block Albertsons merger with “speculative” claims of harm
A proposed class of consumers seeking to prevent Kroger’s $24.6 million acquisition of Albertsons cannot show they suffered antitrust harm from a merger that has not been completed, the grocery chain has said.
