Key Republican opposes creation of digital markets regulator

Ken Buck, the ranking Republican on the House of Representatives’ antitrust subcommittee, has said conservatives’ “biggest fear” as Congress considers reforming antitrust laws is that a “mega-agency” will be created to oversee digital platforms.
